dance fever

Aims: to hit back on the dance floor, Yes with every minute i get myself watching
a dance routine. I start missing the dancer in me, the performer and the actress.
I miss the beat, the audience , the ability to express myself unconditionally.

Unfortunately the little butterfly has forgotten her roots.
I guess being caught up with the base of everyday reality
has left me to forget how much i love dancing.
So, i am really really keen and I am either going to
give Dance factory a call or chunky move. I might do both.

Feel like getting myself to the movies to check Stomp the Yard,
I get really patriotic about it to, it's my passion.

Past week: Hell broke lose with the last minute cramp and back to back
computer staring and working on CAD. But it's safe to say i have pulled it
through and i have heaps of work coming for me till the end of the Sem.
Food consumed: less than usual because i was stressing on the com.
1. Choc was still in it, in all it's form
-kit kat, choc mc vites, snickers, caramello...
haha i wonder why i complain about my belly....
2. Constant morning shakes
3. Take outs unfortunately....have to get my ass kicking into cooking!

Fashion sense: completely wonked but i got myself some hot tights for winter to come!
and im getting a haircut! with jo...check out the harper's bazaar webbie and under toni & guy,
you will find the best hairdresser..she did the mermaid add..:) it should be on most adds in major mags.

Detox week, Milk Thistle

Mood: Still recovering and fully regretting...guilt guilt...

choc of the day: Merci, Hazelnut ..had already eaten a creme truffle...

Days have been passing by too fast in my knowledge,
As soon as i have cooked myself a hearty breakfast
im already freaking out to see that it's approaching to 2pm.
Where were those days where timing is moving at your pace,
Ajie and i will be doing an all nighter tonight at uni. It's about time,
damn i have work at 9am tomorrow so that willl be a nice catch!

I am planning to manage on dividing 2 sessions.
One purely on design & the other on tech 5.
Then when i get home i got to get my butt on to some
conceptual models, maybe i should just rely on 3d. hrmmmm....
Oh well, i do plan to stay relatively calm this sunny sunday
& perhaps after an exhausting time in the labs. Ajie would be
up for some gelati....

here are some photo's of the good friday night....
i was really happy & glad lily and brandz were there!

Heavy Inca's

"i woke up this morning thinking it may be a brighter day,
and yet it remained to be another normal day,
A day where i am swamped with the everyday guilts and trauma's,
Where is my magic ball that would sweep me off this hole?
where is that familiar hand i want to touch again?"

I had a heavy appoinment today with the library,
collecting books for my essay which is due tomorrow.
So, as usual i came out of the library with 5 well sized books
all about the Inca's and latin america,

In turn causing the pain on my shoulders.
Before all that happened, i had a morning run with my record.
Sent some mother's day postie's to people i love, had 2 salmon rolls
on the walk. Ah yes, i bought myself 2 cd's. One of my favourite musical:
FAME, and James Blunt to add to my self killing/depressing songs i love.
And now, im currently tuned in and pleased with my purchases.

After the library ordeal, I hopped on to the 86 tram then took a nice
walk down brunswick. Just felt like taking an exercise. Entered the beautiful
stationary shop, and got myself a good notebook for $4, and beautiful cards
for mother's day. My next wish is to buy some vintage posters to put up.
I am very keen on the japanese, bazaar with cats & the old movie star pin ups.

Then, in the mood to keep walking...i walked all the way down the street.
Waited by the tram stop to notice this poor pooch all huddled and in
desperate need of a blanket. His owner was one of those guys who carried
a water bottle to keep your car a good wipe.

It was a short tram ride then i took of to continue walking back home..
passed the lovely street and passed my favourite bakery & back to
home sweet home to find no one home....

New hobby

mugshot of the day: happy, dazed, choced up,need a haircut & colour, dont let the day end
hidden mrs fields within my own bag!

mood: feeling sheepish about the 2 and half mrs. fields nibblers i ate

cookie type: milk chocolate, chewy choc fudge & caramel(blegh!didnt like it)

Productive: I did some research for my essay 1000 words, Mostly getting an insight on
the Latin American culture. Decided that i would work on the historical side of Peru, Machu Pichu....

Exciting stuff: haha well for me, I bought my first record then proceeded in getting another one.
I got a lot of weird glances, well i was the only lady in the record shop. So hopefully, with
lot's of practice i can enjoy my own session of music.

Feel in love with this pair of boots, i am still contemplating on it. However, if i do get more shifts at work it could be a reality to own them. It's black leather no heels, knee length, some black wool like top....looks rather bikish but it's me. Ok, now i sound like i already own them. hahaha

Being a lawful citizen , i actually bought myself a tram ticket for the short visit to the city.I must have been traumatized by yesterday, :) I really need to get my butt up and going
to finish what i was supposed to do today which is design!!!

Tuesday, April 10, 2007

shit, it's tuesday

mood: munched on a handful of Mnm's(mint..yum!) ---> in turn giving me a buzz, also a panic attack on the amount of h/w i have yet all i would like to do now is to close my eyes and rest.
Series watched: Sex and the city, Australia's Next Top Model...soon another episode of Sex and the city.....I know pretty lifeless....

angry/annoyed: one customer didnt come to pick up her prints & a bloody tram fine
shesh* i dont know whether i should say it was an unlucky day for me.

Proceeding towards the topic of
personal space. How do we define it especially with

closed ones. How do you tell a bf
about needing some extra time in your own home?

how do you tell a friend she's just in
your face. I dont think there's any softer way of

putting anything into words now a
days. Everyone seems a tad bit more sensitive

& moody. So, do we actually
compromise and not get our own way? And yet, in

different cases we find that some
enjoy the "no air to breathe" situation. Happily

lapping and giving their energy to the
others. For me, i cant bear it but hey, it's my

own choice to choose so perhaps i
would be the "mean" & "ruthless" person but in

reality I am just respecting my own
decisions and bearing in mind telling the truth.

over the bunny easter

yeap....tired....actually my feet hurt thanks to hiking with slippers

The drive to daylesford and the day in town was great.
We started of pretty late & i burned a crummy cd that we all got
tired of on the way back.hehehe...

1st stop: Railway markets....It was a good stopover because they were plenty of cool
items i loved looking at. They had this gorgeous hat but at the price of $88 for a
casual sunday market wasnt quite what i was after. So i went off, to get bits and pieces and i did regret not getting some antique plates to frame as well as the old iron that would have made a lovely display in the house. Oh well, doesnt matter....Because i do want to make another stop next time.

2nd stop: Boat house, Since it was by the lake. I decided to have the customery fish and chips and everyone else had great lunch with them to. We then went off for a little paddle, i got paired with rico because i had done rowing and as i remembered it just wasnt my thing.hahaha, not only that i wanted to relax...it was absolutely hilarious watching the boys try to move....I think with 30 mins we got, we managed to paddle our way around the lake.
3rd stop: Quite knackered at this point, we made a quick pit stop in the city. I feel in love with this antique shop. I wanted to get this oil tin and a childrens toy pram then i had the sudden image of a ghost child pushing it in the house. haha* that put me off... After my stroll alone, i met the boys and we went into a chocolate shop to get some treats for ourselves...

4th stop: Chocolate mill, hehe i know we're greedy. I cant help it, im a chocolate freak! So, we had a glimpse of how they made it & i bought a little box of chocs and had vanilla ice cream with melted belgium chocolate....;)

5th stop: Our hike all the way to the springs....to find that there was NO WATER.....and hiked back to another spring to find that we were going around in circles. But we did fill up some water in another spring which was close by. Erk! the water was like sparkle min water with rust which reminded me a lot of tacurongs water. hehehe

6th stop: blow hole....short walk to find that there was nothing exciting there and the boys started throwing rocks to see who could hit the platform...haha i was just watching and i had 2 try's...almost!
time to head home, we didnt make it to the lavender farm because it was too late but i do plan to go there again with the intention to enjoy a spa.

a stroll in the park

Mood: annoyed because i still cant check hotmail...:(
whats the point of getting internet at home then.
Secondly, bloated from the steak sandwich and my packed vegebar
and the only think that was pleasant was hrmmm...sex and the city

I cant wait for Sunday, looking forward to a drive to Daylesford, had
always wanted to go there. wink* im the organiser of the things to do
which they all should be worried about because hehehe i will try to pack
a lot in a day. So hopefully, it would work out because it seems like such
a pleasant town.

lavender farms, beautiful breakfast...markets and shopping on organic things...
;) too bad we dont have time for the spa's!
what ever happened to claire danes?

"Macho" is in

Today, i have an absolutely fixation on men and when i mean men....
I am talking about hunky, beefy, rough and manly men.
I still cant get rid of the image of their every single move,
every step they took to kill in the protection of pride and dignity.
I am talking about the movie 300, it has filled my expectation and perhaps
a little more with the structure of the film. Every minute was played
in order for us to capture the sense of sensuality, emotion and sweat.
So sexy!

The ellaborate costumes and fighting scenes were just gorgeous.
Look, at me im practically gushing as if i was in love. The women
were ideal to me, beautiful faces and bodies and they were strong.
No wimpy, house wife standing by her husbands every need.

Fighting back then, despite it being fiction. I always thought had
more skills. Now, there's nothing easier then to pull the trigger
to get one man down. The story turns over and a new page is read.
I think a hard earned skill is one to keep, so in my mood to keep up
a talent or a vigorous purpose in life, I will get back to some dance
classes with chunky move and maybe try to get my ass back on kick boxing.
The thrill was always there for me, to hit something.....*hehe
not very girly but yeah felt good. Ok..time snoozessss...work tom!
one last thing, where can we find these men with perfect abs.....?

tech world

Im not trying to sound cheesy...but today , my whole world shook and stood by the word "tech"
Firstly we were greeted by the early sounds of a door bell, to finally introduce more tv knowledge into my brain by getting foxtel, then almost immediately our internet came!
oh the joy....i can now sit and stare on the blank screen.
Move on the best part of my day, was my introduction to dinkums.

Really, glad i got the job and hopefully with much concentration i will
be able to help customers to print without any botched jobs. Il make progress...i hope* anyhow everyone has been really helpful, thank u mr betty!

The final dessert, was feasting my eyes on fashion tv and etv....and
god i can go on....now we can have out very own american version of tvo!
thanks to the modern age of technology...
my supper....is to simply dine in and...erk....finish up tech 5 for tomorrow...
then finito no more classes till easter is over....
pics of the lovely sydney road music festival, my encounter with
the steel ballerina's in docklands...and mi loca en mi casa...
